Live Event Artist Commission a one-of-a-kind portrait on canvas painted live. I come on-location to paint your wedding/event as it happens. You and your guests get to enjoy the creative process as your painting develops right before your eyes. I capture the essence of your event for an everlasting memory with certain people, intricate architecture and any other special details you might request. I use acrylic on a gallery wrapped canvas. I DO NOT complete the painting at the event however you begin to see the process and the features will clearly be visible. I will detail the painting back at my studio after the event, making sure to keep you updated. It is approximately a 6-8 week process. I will ship your canvas to you using UPS or FedEx insured. I also offer a watercolor painting of the venue or special memory to use for invitations, ask about pricing. I travel to and from your event with the canvas, easel, and supplies. The costs of travel are determined according to time and expense. I'm happy to discuss air travel for anything over 3 hours from my location.

● Live painting on-site at your event/wedding & reception up to 6 hours.

● With me arriving the day prior to the wedding for the rehearsal helps to ensure we consider the venue, any goals you have, and artistic suggestions I may have.

● I will arrive early on the day of the event/wedding. Approximately 2 hours to set up and start sketching the venue.

Reservation & Payment Once your payment is received, I will make the necessary reservations and confirm with you that your date is booked! In addition to blocking my calendar, I book travel, book a hotel, ensure coordination with your venue or wedding planner, and any other special details if needed. Due to these requirements, a 50% payment is required to reserve your date and this payment is strictly non-refundable if you cancel. (unless major weather/natural disasters happen your retainer can be applied to the rescheduled event) The remaining 50% in addition to my travel cost is due 30 days before your event date. Below are my prices WITHOUT travel expenses.

● $900 for a 16x20 or 18x24

● $1100 for 20x24 or 24x36

● Larger sizes are available with special pricing
